Kids v Cancer is a foundation formed in memory of Jacob Froman, who lost a very valiant fight against brain cancer a little over three years ago. On May 19th from 9 a.m. to noon, a bake/book sale will raise funds to benefit the foundation, which is dedicated to changing the landscape of pediatric cancer research. 

According to a press release, this will be the 4th year of the sale, which will be held at 38 Plymouth Avenue in Maplewood. Following the sale, any books remaining will be donated to the Orange Book Pantry, which provides free books to children who otherwise might not have books of their own.

Anyone interested in donating home-baked goods, or children's books (for ages infant through young adult), should drop them off on the porch of 38 Plymouth Avenue.  All donations are appreciated!

In case of rain, the event will be changed to Saturday, May 26th.
