Jefferson student Ellie Cohen was a winner in recent the county-wide "My Essex County" poster contest for 4th graders. The contest is designed to promote awareness of the unique accomplishments of people in the 21 counties of New Jersey.
Cohen was awarded a certificate and her poster will appear in the 2010 Essex County calendar.
