Maplewood, Short Hills Have Three Top Coldwell Realtors

  • February 8, 2012

Selling real estate is a highly-competitive job and is even more difficult in a tough economy.

But three realtors from Essex County showed they are at the top of their game at Coldwell Banker.

Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York recently announced the top 50 agents in the company. They ranked in the top percentile of the company's 3,000 agents.

In the category of "Total Units Sold" agents Donna Dickson of Maplewood, ranked second; Roberth Northfield of Maplewood ranked fourth, and Elaine Pruzon of Short Hills came in 21st.

In the category of "Total Closed Sales Volume for 2011" Northfield came in fourth and Pruzon ranked fifth.

“Every one of these agents exemplified excellence and produced superior results for their clients during a challenging market,” said Maxwell. “That in itself is a remarkable accomplishment. However, all of these top agents have a long history of delivering exceptional service and are highly-recommended by their clients. They have the experience and knowledge to help buyers and sellers prevail against all odds.”
