14-Year-Old Maplewood Boy Missing

Matthew Robins has been missing since April 18.

Updated Update: Matthew Robins returned safely home on Friday, April 23. His family is requesting privacy.

Update: The Maplewood Police Department released this statement at 2:23 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21: "The Maplewood Police Department is actively investigating a report of a runaway juvenile resident. At this time there is no indication of the young man being in danger and Detectives are working with the family to try and locate him. There have been several reports of possible locations for the boy and the Detectives are pursuing the different leads.  The family has requested that a media release not be made at this time and the Maplewood Police Department is respecting the wishes of the family."

Matthew Robins, 14, of Maplewood was reported missing to the Maplewood Police on April 18. Matthew is 5'10" tall, weighs 150 lbs., has blue eyes and sandy-blond hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, black jeans and sneakers.  Matthew is an eighth grader at Maplewood Middle School.
