'Cookies for Kids' Cancer' Thursday Night in Village

Little One & Co. goes beyond GNO on June 16.

Thursday night is the 4th Annual Girls Night Out in Maplewood Village, but there's still some space and time for little ones.

At , owner Hanh Truong will be hosting a Cookies for Kids' Cancer bake sale on Thursday, June 16, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Bake Sale is inspired by Cookies for Kids' Cancer, a not-for-profit organization that was founded by a mom inspired by her son's fight against cancer.

Through local bake sales, Cookies for Kids' Cancer provides the support for individuals, communities and businesses to help fight pediatric cancers. Truong writes, "I've been inspired by this mission and hope you will join Little One & Co. in raising money to go towards finding better therapies for pediatric cancer."

Also for Girls Night Out, Little One & Co. will be serving wine, desserts and giving away swag. The Village will be filled with shopping and dining festivities with 20+ merchants participating and offering everything from chair massages, wine & chocolate tastings, raffles, trunk shows, signature cocktails, dinner and drink specials, and more.

If you would like to support Cookies for Kids Cancer, but cannot make the event, visit this site and to make your contribution and find out more about pediatric cancer.

If you have a good little cookie who likes to help, Little One & Co. is looking for volunteers to help make the treats, share the treats and spread the word. Contact Hanh Truong at Hanh@littleoneandco.com, stop by Little One & Co., 1 Highland Place or call 973.763.7070.
