Maplewood’s Fringe Salon has been named to the prestigious ‘SALON TODAY 200’ by Salon Today magazine, the top business publication for salon and spa owners.

The magazine’s 14th annual Salon Today 200 issue profiled the selected salons in its January 2011 issue. The 200 salons were selected for their best business practices from applications submitted by Salon Today readers, who represent the 25,000 top-producing salons and spas in the country.

While none of this will come as news to the terrificly-tressed following that  faithfully frequents the Springfield Avenue Salon, it probably means things will get even busier for this bustling beauty business!

"Receiving these awards from Salon Today magazine has been so meaningful,” says Fringe’s owner, Kim Hammer. “I am so proud of my team and to work in a community that has been so supportive of my business."

We’re proud of you, too — just worried it’s gonna get harder to book an appointment! (And that begs the question: Just when IS Fringe expanding???)
