Last night, the Maplewood Lions Club hosted Great Chefs Night, one of their biggest annual fundraisers.  As ticket-holders ate and drank their way through the Maplewood Woman's Club, one might think the event could have just as easily been titled: The Night That Requires Great Big Pants (or at least pants with an elastic waistband).

The Lions Club of Maplewood raise funds for eyeglasses for the needy and sight-related causes as well as community-based efforts (for example, they've donated defibrillators in all the schools).
