I've had the pleasure of reading Rita's book & utilizing her meditation CD & have gotten so much out of both. In fact, I have purchased both for gifts for birthdays, Mother's Day, etc. What a wonderful stocking stuffer her book would make for a mother, sister, daughter, yoga instructor, hair dresser, friend, etc. You can't go wrong with this gift!
I've also had the pleasure of using Maia Gilman's essential oil sprays. It was a wonderful gift to myself--I highly recommend checking out the many different scents there are. I recently purchased several sprays for teacher gifts, and gifts for other special people in our lives--the sprays are gorgeous-they come in beautiful blue glass bottles with an attractive label. It's a wonderful, thoughtful, unique gift that will be much appreciated!
In fact, I would be thrilled to receive gift certificates, products from any of the listed practitioners! Icing on the cake that they are all local!

Buy me any one of those and I'd be a happy, happy girl.
I'm so very proud to say that most of those practitioners/centers have been exhibitors at the Annual Mindful Living Holistic Health and Wellness Fair so I know them well and would recommend them all. Thank you South Orange and Maplewood for being towns that are so open to holistic health we can keep these practitioners in business!

Thank you Jennifer, Lauren and Jen for reading and commenting on this list. I have personally experienced many of these practitioners as well. I've had Reiki from Madalina, own a few of Maia's sprays, worked out at Core Mind & Body, Baker Street, Shakti, etc and even taken a cooking class with Randy. I love this town and I love my job! Happy Holidays everyone!!
