Jonah Wolff, CHS Class of 2013, Joins the Board of Education
Wolff is the new student representative to the South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education.
Jonah Wolff was welcomed to the South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education on Monday night. Wolff, a Columbia High School junior, is the new student representative to the board. He replaces Seth Wolin, who graduated in June. The representative is a non-voting member of the board.
Before taking the oath of office in front of board members, the public and his family, Wolff said, “I am really glad to have this opportunity. It’s a tremendous opportunity to influence the way the public knows and sees Columbia High School. It’s important to put positive information out there, and I’m excited to get started.”
Wolff was welcomed to the board with a round of applause.
