Maplewood has enough top-notch delis to satisfy most tastes, from classic to gourmet. Two that are located in the Village -- Maplewood Deli & Grille and Crane's at Highland Place -- are clear standouts, according to our poll.

One voter wrote, "Maplewood Deli and Grille Rocks. Great place. Great food. Super owner." 

Maplewood Deli & Grille goes the classic route, with superb Sloppy Joes and the irresistible Maplewood Cheesesteak. Crane's, owned by Steve and Janet Crane, inspires devotion for spins on traditional fare, like the BLT with Roasted Tomatoes and Herb Mayo on grilled rye, and the Fresh Mozzerella and Basil with Sundried Tomato Pesto on a Ciabatta Roll.
