Maplewood Village Stores Open for Biz
Village Wine Shop, Trattoria and Maple Leaf are all serving customers today.
Patch received this note from Village Wine Shop owner Alan Weiser Sunday at 2 p.m.
I just got to the store. We have been open since noon and the Village looks Okay. The Trattoria and the Maple Leaf Diner are open. I passed lots of debris coming to town. We will stay open until 6 p.m. We hope you fared well. — Alan

Maplewood Stationers was opened at 7 closed at 9 then reopened again at about 10 and will be open for about another hour so

I'm glad the stores are open but it doesn't make sense for the restaurants to be open unless they're boiling all of their water - to prepare food or cook with, wash dishes and equipment with,
