Emmy-nominated Actress Amy Poehler joined guest of honor Maplewood N.J. resident, Founder and CEO of Worldwide Orphans Foundation Dr. Jane Aronson for a night of entertainment, hors d'oeuvres, and cocktails to support the Worldwide Orphans Foundation at a penthouse apartment in New York City Thursday night, June 16.

Hosted by WWO board member and Manhattan real estate developer Matthew Blesso, the event is Blesso’s 3rd Annual Birthday Celebration to benefit WWO — a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned children around the world.

This evening featured musical and artistic performances from around the world both inside and on the rooftop deck of Blesso’s penthouse loft, including special performances by The Energy, the Ethiopian jazz band Arki, Chloe Temtchin, Irwin Thomas, DJ Vito Fun, acrobatic and aerialist team RI KI KAI and more.

N.J.'s Celebrity Magnet Tom Murro and The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Kim Granatell were on hand and were kind enough to send us these pictures. Reported celebritymagnet.com: "They also did a good job showing the Big Apple that the Garden State isn’t just a state full of table-flippers!"
