Maplewood resident, comic book artist and friend of Patch Rick Parker has drawn a new comic for Smith Magazine. The story, called follows writer Michele Carlo’s adventures growing up in the Bronx in the ‘70s, and the illustrations employ Parker’s distinctive style.
