Nobel Nominee Skyping with Words Bookstore Monday A.M.
Considering by many to be the behind-the-scenes architect of the Arab Spring, Gene Sharp will be Skyping with Words Bookstore tomorrow.
This just in from Words Bookstore owner Jonah Zimiles: "There never has and likely never again will be an opportunity in Maplewood to listen to and speak with the visionary Gene Sharp. The behind-the-scenes architect of many of the people-power revolutions throughout the world (including those of the Arab Spring) and frequent Nobel Peace Prize nominee, the 83-year old Dr. Sharp graciously has agreed to speak with us by Skype tomorrow [October 10, 2011] at 11 a.m. If you love freedom and detest dictatorships, this is an extraordinary opportunity."
For more on Dr. Sharp, see the short video, "how to start a revolution."
Jonah adds, "On a lighter but also special note, Dionne Warwick will be at [words] on Tuesday evening at 6:30 to sign copies of her new children's book."

Jonah, indeed, it is! But sometimes those who win Nobels are very noble..... (that's my story and I'm stickin' with it!)
