Parenting Center Toy Drive Starts Nov. 28
The annual drive provided holiday gifts to children from 150 local families last year.
If you're out at Sparkhouse, Scriveners or any other local toy store doing your holiday shopping this weekend, remember to pick up some goodies for local children in need.
The Parenting Center of the South Orange-Maplewood School District will be accepting donations of toys for needy children within the South Orange-Maplewood School District starting Monday, Nov. 28 and running through Friday, December 9.
You can drop off an unwrapped toy for children ages infant through 16 years at your child’s school or at the Parenting Center at 525 Academy St., Maplewood.
Says Parenting Center Director Karen Weiland, "Share your holiday cheer and help put a smile on the face of a child this holiday season."
