Welcome back, Patch Blogger!

Patch Contributors Mingle at Indigo

On Wednesday, January 13, a number of Maplewood Patch freelancers gathered informally at Indigo for some drinks, snacks and networking.

Maplewood Patch held its first "Patch Together" event to bring contributors and freelancers together for some networking and general revelry on January 13 at Indigo Kitchen & Bar in Maplewood Village.

Contributors attending included Marcia Worth, Jen Hardwick, Judith Lindbergh, Kirk Petersen, Jolie Solomon, Barry Kaufman, Susie Adamson, Claire Sinclair, Lois Cantwell, Tim Reynolds, Judie Hurtado, Deborah Bearg, Brooke Lefferts, Stuart Lutz, Joel Stern, Drew Dix, Clarence Williams and his mom Dr. Dione Williams (hey, Clarence is a minor), Joy Yagid and Monica Puri Bangia. Patch staffers Mary Mann and Rebecca Hughes acted as co-hostesses.

Maplewood is looking to hold another social event for freelancers and interested parties in the warm weather months. Perhaps a Patch picnic in the park?

If you're interested in joining the Patch ranks, shoot me an email. We're always looking for fresh ideas and local talent.
