Mayor Vic DeLuca and Deputy Mayor Kathleen Leventhal joined Incpics owner Sean Walker and his family to cut the ribbon in celebration of their grand opening Saturday, March 9.
Incpics is a 2,300-sq. ft. studio located at 1677 Springfield Ave. The goal of the studio is to engage and energize the community with seminars, workshops, amazing portraiture and superior large photo solutions to give your home the personalized accent you've been looking for.
