Maplewood just got a whole lot more delicious: 

The reigning queen of the sweet treat scene, Julie Pauly, signed a lease this week on a space at 187Maplewood Avenue.

An ardent baker from the age of 16, Julie started The Able Baker in 2009. Since then she's dazzled with her delicious desserts ranging from cakes to cookies (pies, too).

The eatery, which Pauly hopes to have open in time for Valentine's Day will feature all the famed baked offerings she's famed for as well as delicious coffee and hot cocoa with which to wash them all down. Commuters will be able to grab breakfast fare there, too.

Congrats, Julie! Can't wait!!!!

Between The Cupcake Corral, Party Cake Party Cake and The Able Baker, we're gonna have to change the name of this town to 'Mmmmmmmmaplewood' - and it's ALL good!!! Actually, it's more than good, it's delicious!
