Transportation Radio: Operation Lifesaver Works to Cut Rail Fatalities
Rail lines criss-cross New Jersey from end to end carrying passengers and freight. Unfortunately, they're also viewed as shortcuts for pedestrians, especially teenagers. Operation Lifesaver has been working since the early 1970s to reduce fatalities and injuries when trains and people collide.
