Based on the classic French fairytale\, Beau ty &\; the Beast tells the story of Belle\, an intelligent young woma n scorned by the townspeople for being a bookworm\, weary of fighting of f theadvances of the arrogant Gaston and dreaming of escape. When her fa ther gets lost in the woods and captured by the forbidding Beast\, a onc e-handsome princeturned into a monster by a witch\, Belle goes off to re scue him. Taken with her\, the Beast agrees to release Belle&rsquo\;s fa ther if she agrees to stay with him forever. Come and see how the story turns out.\nPerformances are April 26\, 27th &\; 28th: Thursday and F riday at 7:00pm and Saturday and 2:00pm (matinee) and 7:00pm.\nBeauty &a mp\; the Beast will be presented at Orange Preparatory Academy Auditoriu m\, located at the intersection of Lincoln and Central Avenues\,in Orang e\, New Jersey.
