“I am an emotional photographer. I am focused on the emotion and character that I'm capturing. My most treasured feedback is ‘you captured the essence of who she is.’"
Yasmeen Anderson, Yasmeen Anderson Photography LLC, realized six years ago that photography moved her. Since then, she has studied and nurtured this passion and turned it into a fulltime profession. Her previous professional life as marketing consultant with an MBA in marketing in management comes in handy while networking and building her current business. Yasmeen fills her days with actor, model and corporate headshots, family photos, corporate and private events.
She joins us on February 19th for our 3rd Saturday Arts Night starting at 7 PM to discuss how she turned her passion into a profession. The event presents a conversation with the artist of the evening, serving light refreshments in a salon-style setting in the anterooms of the foyer of the Ethical Culture Society of Essex County, 516 Prospect St., Maplewood, NJ 07040. The Society's phone number is (973) 763-1905, and website is www.essexethical.org.
