Late Winter Registration at The Connection for Women and Families begins Thursday, January 12^th at 10am. The Late Winter Session running January 30^th – April 8th, offers a variety of new classes and programs for all ages and abilities. New classes include: Hot Yoga and Reiki Circle Healing; Kinder-Sports, Kinder-Dance, Kinder-Gym; Irish Step Dance; Tumble, Jump, Cheer! As well as youth fitness focused classes like: Run for Fun, Fit Kids and TriTraining.
