DESCRIPTION:Survival Skills for Men workshops include an assessment of th
 e individual as well as their community\, in order to gain a better unde
 rstanding of what challenges they face.&nbsp\; By the end of the 10 week
 s\, participants from the communities of The Oranges will obtain the too
 ls and resources needed to overcome the obstacles they encounter on a pe
 rsonal level\, as well as within their environment.\nEach workshop will 
 accentuate the important skills needed to survive and excel as a family 
 man and a father.\nABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Sherman Francis graduated from
  the University of Southern Caribbean with a BS in Business Administrati
 on from Andrews University.&nbsp\; He also holds certification in counse
 ling from Newbold College Institute of Christian Counseling\, UK.&nbsp\;
