Johanna Wright for SOMA Board of Education

A “Celebration for Johanna Wright” will be held Saturday, September 28 at 4 pm at the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) at One SOPAC Way. Longtime educator and Hall of Fame varsity basketball coach Johanna Wright will formally kick-off her candidacy for the South Orange and Maplewood Board of Education at the star-studded event. Special guests include host A.J. Calloway, correspondent for Extra TV, Tony Award winner Savion Glover, drummer Choclatt and award-winning actor John Amos. Tickets are $100 for Guests, $150 for VIP and $500 for “Friends of Johanna Wright.”  Tickets can be purchased at www.wrightforboe.com.  Details are attached.
