Rent Party Pantry was tickled pink to be part of the Volunteer Fair! Thanks to the efforts of the volunteers, we packed over 100 packs for our Back Pack Pals program, which supports food-insecure children in our schools with a weekend's worth of food ... Thanks for these wonderful photos that capture the day's event. And thanks to all the individuals and groups that made service to our community over the MLK weekend possible. Each year we hope to expand the volunteering/community service component of the Coalition on Race's MLK Celebration. If you or a group you participate in have an 'instant impact' project that residents can help with, or if you need donations of specific goods to meet your mission, please reach out to us to participate in future MLK events, info@twotowns.org.
