It's Maplewood Restaurant Week! More 25 restaurants throughout Maplewood are participating in this year's Restaurant Week which started on March 19 and runs through March 25.

Maplewood's award winning restaurants and eclectic eateries are serving up fine dining, casual dining, take-out, and specialty foods. Participating restaurants are offering customers everything from prix fixe to tasting menus, discounted lunch or dinner specials — as well as dessert specials like that strawberry cheesecake.

"The Springfield Avenue Partnership, in collaboration with the Alliance and Chamber, is excited to bring many opportunities for diners to try new dining experiences and return to some favorites during Restaurant Week" said Partnership Manager Diana Vitrano.

Village Alliance Manager Julie Doran added, "Local merchants are supporting Maplewood Restaurant Week by offering discounts on everything from flowers, wine, gifts and cooking books.""

Rene Conlon, manager of the Chamber of Commerce, encouraged patrons to "enhance their local dining experience by taking advantage of these special offers throughout town."
