Gigi's Cupcakes officially opened today on Springfield Avenue in Maplewood. Mayor Vic DeLuca, Township Committee members Marlon K. Brownlee and India Larrier, and representatives from the Springfield Avenue Partnership joined in the celebration.
Owners Gigi and Nicole Gallodoro beamed as family and friends gathered for the occasion.
