Wonderful Weather for a Girls Night Out TONIGHT!

The skies have cleared to make way for some serious shopping – and fun – in Maplewood Village.

Maplewood Village has earned a great reputation for hosting groovy events in the past, and hopes to add to our claim to commerce fame.

“Over 20 businesses are participating including , , , , , , , and more,” says , owner of Perch.  “Join us for fun promotions and discounts throughout the Village from 6 – 9 p.m.”

Over on Baker, the street was bustling with activity preparing for the fashionista focused event:

“This is our first ‘Girls Night Out’ since opening and we’re excited to get in on the fun,” shares an exuberant of . In addition to free coffee and biscotti, the boutique will be donating 10% of every sale to the Susan G. Komen Foundation as part of their ‘ initiative. (You’ll also find beautiful hand-crafted bracelets that contribute to breast cancer research as well.)

Further down the street, the Grand Dame behind Maplewood’s most enduring — and treasured — gift shops, of , was even willing to share some extra incentives with Patch. “You can tell shoppers to mention my granddaughter’s name (Molly!) for an extra 15% off tonight,” she says with a smile. “It’s finally stopped raining, and it looks like the only things falling tonight will be some leaves. That alone is reason to grab your friends and head on down!”
