Springfield Avenue District Businesses Support Ryan's Hope Benefit

Many of the Springfield Avenue District businesses have generously donated items that will be raffled at the Ryan's Hope Benefit on Saturday, November 17th.

Many of the Springfield Avenue District businesses have generously donated items that will be raffled at the Ryan's Hope Benefit on Saturday, November 17; 7pm-11pm being held at the Maplewood Woman's Club. Tickets are sold out. If you are one of the lucky ticket holders you will get a chance to extend your generosity along with these district businesses by buying your chances to win merchandise, gift certificates, sporting/concert tickets, services, etc.

Ryan Burbank is an 18 year old Maplewood resident who became paralyzed from the chest down after a backyard pool accident this summer. He had an emergency operation that fused parts of his spinal cord and then over two months of therapy at the Kessler Institute. Ryan is now home with his parents, Carolyn and Eric, and his two brothers. He faces many more months of therapy and care.
