Maplewood Offers Recreation Program for Special Needs Children

Recreation Department presents TryCAN

Maplewood’s Recreation Department has recently joined the local TryCAN Program, a collaboration among Berkeley Heights, New Providence, Summit and other nearby communities that offers a comprehensive array of recreation programs for children with special needs or those who need special accommodations.

No non-resident fees are involved and all are welcome. For more information on TryCAN and the programs they offer, call Summit Recreation at (908) 277-2932 or visit http://www.cityofsummit.org. (Click on Recreation Tab, then Community Programs, then Special Needs Programs.)
