Local author, Barry Jackson, will be reading excerpts from
his book ‘Furry Paw, Middle Claw,’. The book tells the story of Dean and
Melissa, two people with troubled childhoods who somehow find love and each
other, Dean’s adjustment to the cat’s Melissa keeps rescuing, the couple’s
ensuing struggles to provide the best for their artistically diagnosed child,
and the subsequent feline healing powers that occur.
