This CLUB is for people who want to get FIT and have FUN.
The mission of the Maplewood S.O. Fit Club is to provide a place for people who are interested in helping themselves and their community through fitness related events, education and fighting obesity in the US. We are social and active members of our community, Maplewood, South Orange and the surrounding towns.
A place to meet people, make friends and have fun while being fit. We do Cardio workouts using material from P90X, Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, Ten Minute Trainer, Yoga.The emphasis is on SHOWING UP and MOVING!
