The Maplewood Garden Club Presents Program on Propagation

We have plants and want more so we need propagation! Nicki Graf, Research Supervisor at the Rutgers Floriculture Greenhouses, will share the knowledge she has gained during her 23 years of experience managing plants in five different green house climates; from arid desert to deep rainforest. She will share the mysteries behind the methods - layering, grafting, cuttings, division, special conditions to induce germination, to name just a few. Learn how to grow more of the plants you love at the Maplewood Garden Club’s next meeting, Monday, February 4, 7:30pm at the Maplewood Memorial Library, 51 Baker St., Maplewood, NJ. The meeting is open to the public, admission is free and refreshments (often home made!) are served. For more information visit maplewoodgardenclub.org.
