Fit Camp in the Park

Fit Camp is a Boot Camp style workout that incorporates high
intensity cardio intervals with resistance training. It is sure to burn fat and
build strength and endurance. Fit camp takes place on floods hill in South
Orange on the corner of Mead St. and Meadowbrook Pl.  Fit camp runs from 6-7pm. Please bring water
and tons of energy!
