Health and Fitness Program
There will be a free health and fitness program on Monday October 14th at 7:15pm at the Millburn Library. Health Coach and Physical Therapist Margie Bissinger and I will be discussing a wide array of concerns from weight loss to bone loss. Margie will discuss her favorite and most effective nutrition tips.
