Swing Town, Maplewood's own community big band, performs under the direction of Ben Williams. Enjoy the band and their talented vocalists as they perform swing versions of holiday favorites, a variety of traditional jazz classics, swinging rock tunes and modern big band favorites.

About Swing Town
Swing Town is a 20-piece community big band that is one of two bands and several ensembles that are part of Maplewood Community Music (MCM).  MCM, also home to the Maplewood Community Concert Band, is a local non-profit organization dedicated to bringing free music to audiences of all ages in Maplewood and its surrounding towns.  All member musicians of MCM are volunteers and they focus not only providing free concerts throughout the year for families, seniors, veterans and our youth, but also on partnering with various local organizations such as our schools, town departments, libraries and business districts to provide music, demonstrate instruments and music styles, support benefit events and support other music-related programs.
