Maplewood Seeks Developers for Post Office Plan

The Township of Maplewood issued Monday a Request for Qualifications/Letters of Interest for the Maplewood Village Post Office Rehabilitation Area. The proposal due date is Sept. 11.

Addendums to the Request for Qualifications/Letters of Interest will be published on the website by Friday, Aug. 2.

Here are the details:

One (1) original and nine (9) copies of the Qualifications/Letters of Interest along with one electronic copy in PDF file format shall be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFQ/Letter of Interest for the Maplewood Village Post Office Rehabilitation Area” to the Township of Maplewood Clerk’s Office located at 574 Valley Street, Maplewood, NJ 07040 no later than 10:00AM, Wednesday September 11, 2013.
