$3K Per Night: Maplewood Home for Rent During Super Bowl

Six months to the day from Friday Super Bowl XLVIII will come to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

One Maplewood resident is already looking to cash in.

Mary Conway has listed her three-bedroom Colonial for $3,000 per night during the Super Bowl festivities when nearly 400,000 visitors are expected in the New Jersey and New York area, according to CBS New York.

Conway's 1,000-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking for three vehicles and is walking distance to the train station and approximately 16 miles from MetLife Stadium, according to the listing posted on EventHomes.com.

Conway's residence is one of more than 50 already listed on the website for rent during the Super Bowl.

Conway hopes the money will help pay for her children's college tuition.
