Open House at the Station House
Looking for an apartment (or just a little curious)? The Station House is open this weekend.
The Station House, the new luxury rental apartment complex located on the former Maplewood Police Station site across from Memorial Park, will host an open house this weekend, according to listing agent Allison Ziefert of Keller Williams.
"I will have agents on hand to show the lobby, gym, parking area and our two model units, a one- and two-bedroom which are beautifully furnished," said Ziefert, who said the building is roughly half leased. Four two-bedrooms are still for rent, said Ziefert.
The open house runs Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. -3 p.m. In honor of its sponsorship of Maplewoodstock this weekend, Keller Williams is offering a special promtion: "If someone comes through the open house and signs a 15+ month lease within ten days of the open house, we will offer a $500 discount off of the first month's rent," said Ziefert.
