Hello Clinton community,

Find out what's happening in Maplewoodwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

I am delighted to share the good news that power has finally been restored to Clinton School!  I want to thank you all for your resiliency and flexibility today as we got back to teaching and learning. Our teachers, staff, and students demonstrated their dedication to each other as they worked hard to get back to normal!!

I send a special thank you to our friends and colleagues at Jefferson and Seth Boyden who hosted our Clinton kids, teachers, and staff.

Students and staff should report to Clinton at the normal arrival time tomorrow, Thursday November 8, 2012.

For safety reasons as we continue to clean up from the storm, if you are walking, please walk your child all the way to and from school.  Please do not let your children walk alone.

School will be session for the full day both Thursday and Friday, as the previously scheduled annual teacher convention has been canceled.

Lunch will be available but there is a revised menu. You can view it on the website:http://www.somsd.k12.nj.us/somsd/lib/somsd/November_menus_2012.pdf

Please help spread the good news as many families remain without power.

I look forward to seeing everyone back at Clinton tomorrow!

Ms. O’Neill

Principal
