Compassionate Self-Discipline 6-Week Workshop

Do you struggle with an internal dialogue where you worry about failure and weakness, while striving for self-discipline and self-control?

While we all might spend time and mental energy on the idea of self-discipline, how often is it constructive or lead to the results we desire?

The Compassionate Self-Discipline workshop will explore which motivating factors work, and which don’t work, as
well as learn about the process and cycles that can lead to destructive behaviors.
