Linda McConoughey, M.A. Ed., is an elementary and middle school teacher in the Montclair Public Schools and a yoga instructor.  She teaches “Getting Organized” in the SOMa Summer Enrichment Program, and is a former adjunct professor of Stress Management at Ramapo College.
