PTA Websites Boast Supply Lists — and So Much More

Seth Boyden School debuts a snazzy new PTA site, while all local schools' sites are bursting with important info.

Need school supplies? Need a list? School websites are here to help.

The new Seth Boyden School web site can be found at http://www.sethboyden.com or sethboydenpta.com and, yes, it includes the all important supply lists.

Seth Boyden's PTA website is not alone in providing necessary information to befuddled parents.

Other than Seth Boyden School, here are the other PTA/HSA websites in the South Orange-Maplewood School District:

Where to shop? The CVS at 187 Millburn Avenue is open from 7 am-10 p.m. Sunday through Saturday. There's also a 24-hour CVS at 2287 Morris Avenue in Union (corner of Commerce Avenue).

Other pharmacy options are the RiteAid on South Orange Avenue, Pathmark on Valley Street, Walgreens in the Millburn Mall and the Walgreens on Irvington Avenue just across the Newark border.

This writer's favorite—and the place that never seems to run out of supplies and offers the most choices—is the Staples in the Millburn Mall in Vauxhall. The hours are: weekdays from 8 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; and Sunday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Phone is 908-206-8765.

Or you may want to head down to Maplewood Village to see what's on the shelves at , ., , or .

Finally, Target is a favorite for many local shoppers who like the fact that (a) you can buy just about everything and anything at Target, and (b) you can set up your Target credit card so that a percentage of all your purchases are donated to the local school of your choice.

Thanks for the info Mary! Do you know if we send all of the supplies in the first day?
