Hello Friends! Research shows that 10 to 30 minutes of yoga practice is just as, if not more, effective than a full 90 minute practice, especially when done daily. The beginner yoga class with provide you with the fundamentals to take your practice home, increasing weight loss, reducing stress, and promoting all around well being.
Beginner Yoga is offered Wednesdays at 6:45pm. 30 minute class $8. Can't come Wednesday evenings? Contact Liz to set up an additional time. Minimum 5 students to hold an additional class, so recruit your friends!
