Book Swap at Blue Plate Special

The cafe teams up with bookBgone for the May 19 event.

will host its first annual South Orange Book Swap on Saturday, May 19 at Blue Plate Special. Sample BPS's yummy croissants and biscuits and savor a cup of coffee or tea as you browse the books. 

bookBgone is a free-of-charge, media-removal service that is dedicated to recycling, reusing and donating unwanted books. The organization picks up books, CDs, and DVDS in any condition curbside from New Jersey homes. 

People are invited to bring a book and take a different one home. There is no limit on the amount of books you can bring or take home.
