Veterans Day, Meetings in the Week Ahead

Maplewood Health Department Adult Health Clinic

On Monday, November 11 there will be a Free Adult Health Clinic staffed by Maplewood Health Department Registered Nurse providing blood pressure and weight measurement, health and medication counseling, carotid bruits screening, diabetes and metabolic risk assessments as needed and referrals as required. For an appointment, call the Health Department at 973-762-8120, ext. 4300. Walk-ins welcome.

The clinic will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Town Hall.

Veteran's Day Ceremony

The Maplewood Veteran's Day celebration will be held Monday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Maplewood Municipal Building.

All Veteran’s, families of Veteran’s, and residents and guests are welcome to attend this moving ceremony.

Mayor's Office Hours

Maplewood Mayor Victor De Luca will hold office hours on Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Mayor's Office.

Planning & Zoning

The South Orange Planning and Zoning Board will be Monday, Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m. at 76 South Orange Ave. on the third floor.

Energy Policy Committee

The South Orange Energy Policy Committee will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at 76 South Orange Ave. on the third floor.

Board of Trustees

The South Orange Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. on the Main SOPAC stage at One SOPAC Way.

Schools

South Orange and Maplewood Elementary Schools will have four hour days Thursday and Friday for evening and afternoon conferences.
