Since 2008, the Cupcake Corral has been providing the residents of Maplewood a most delectable way to sate their sweet tooth; homemade, gourmet cupcakes. Co-owned by Joe and Felice Ramaikas, the Cupcake Corral produces a wide variety of country/western themed delights, from "The King," a banana cupcake with peanut butter icing, to the Johnny, a chocolate-on-chocolate tribute to the Man in Black. The Cupcake Corral will also deliver to and cater private parties, including birthdays and corporate events.
