Owner Julie Pauly has been delighting friends since the age of 16 with her baked goods and decided to start The Able Baker in 2009, after her 4-year-old son christened her Able Baker Julie. Desserts such as pies, cakes and cookies are baked fresh to order at the bakery using pure butter, organic eggs, unbleached flour, pure vanilla and the finest chocolate. The store is located is conveniently located on Maplewood Avenue.
