Bagel Chataeu of Maplewood, hands down, has THE BEST Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon you will ever taste! Look anywhere on the planet, you won't find it! I have tried. While you are at, it don't miss the whitefish salad. I have been a customer since 1993. They have catered our family events. Everything was perfection.
