What racial slurs did he make?

I had my axle among other things repaired at this location. The problem improved slightly but still persisted immediately after the repair. I returned to the shop to have them fix the problem again. I was told to return when the problem got worse. I returned in several months later at which point they replaced the axle. Within 2 months the axle was again problematic. I went to the shop at which point they told me to return the following week to repair the axle once again. When I called the following week to confirm the appointment I was shocked when I was told by the service manager Bob Harper that he wasn't going to replace the axle. He proceeded to tell me that it was because of the way that I drive and continued by cursing at me and making racial slurs. I called back 3 times in the next several minutes and was cursed at and hung up on each time. The following month I was able to contact the owner of the shop who said that they would replace the axle. Over the next year I called approximately once a month to have the axle fixed and each time I was told they were too busy to accommodate me. I called again today and was told this time that they would not fix the axle and if I wanted it fixed that I would have to pay for it again. His response to me was "I'm not interested"
